Mend Vauxhall Combo Changed Fuel Reg

my 1999 vauxhall combo wont rev up?

i have changed the fuel filter on my vauxhall combo v reg and now it wont rev up i have tried to bleed it at the filter but no fuel and have opened up an injector and the fuel is squirting ok
