my boiler has just gone off completly ...no light on display and nothing is happening when i am resetting or offing and turning boiler on from the mains.
could the pcb be gone or is there anything i can do myself to save costs
H5 refers to ABSENCE of configuration pins on pcb
if you still have the old pcb
simply transfer the old pins
to the new pcb
REMEMBER to put them in exactly the same position
your boiler will then work

am just having the same problem with my HE30, have replaced the PCB as instructed and now have an H5 fault flashing at me. Am unsure what this means and looking for help at this very moment.
