Mend Beko WME7267S Machine Started

Beko wme7267s washing machine program stuck?

Hi I have a beko wme7267s washing machine and it started making a horrible rattling noise on spin for a couple of days, now it has stopped working with the display stuck on 27 minutes, the rattling and the fact it has stopped working may not be linked !!

Your help would be appreciated.
