Mend Beko WMA 1715 S Washing Machine Fault

My Beko WMA 1715 S Wahing Machine has stopped working?

I have the BEKO ECO CARE SILVER WMA 1715 S washing Machine, but recentley in the middle of a wash it just stopped and the light prewash started to flash i have emptied the filter thing and tried again but it still doesn't work im really confuessed to why it has just stopped i have only had it a year but lost the instuction booklet. Please help

Im having a similar problem although i think my model is the BEKO ECOCARE WMA 1512. Worked perfectly for the last year but now it doesnt seem to want to start the wash. When i put it on the usual number 5 wash (40degree) the dial tends to move around a few clicks on its own, then it tumbles for a while but doesnt seem to do much more than that then it comes to a halt. Ive tried other wash numbers and it just seems to be refusing to work. Ive tried a few things myself but i just cant figure out what is causing this....someone please help us!
