Mend Nemo DW681ES Drains Fill Water

nemo dishwasher dw681es?

drains on startup then when trying to fill 2 lights flash and water solenoid clicks on and off,will fill!but I dont think this is right.where do I obtain a copy of fault codes?
ps: have had past trouble with flow sensor!
