Mend Renault DCI 80 Diesel Engine

i have a renault traffic dci 80 with no power?

my renault traffic dci 80,it struggles to get over 3000 revs....tried changing the air mass metre an egr valve but theres still no change,would it be the fuel pump??any sugestions?
