how can i fix my gears in ford transit van 04?

I have a ford transit van 260 sWB 2004. in the mornings it is difficult to switch from 1st to second gear until van is in motion for approx 10min, the gears from time to time slip back into neutral automatically if stopping at traffic lights for example. how can i resolve this, please help.

Sorry there is only one way to fix this it is get a replacement gearbox the selectors inside your box have worn excessively and baring a total recondition of the box it will not fix it

make sure correct grade of oil is in gearbox.
