hi i av got a 2000 reg transit van , and today the gears went i cud only move stick forward and back , ive bin told it cud b the selector jammed, that sits on gearbox, cud this b true after ive resently had a nu fly wheel fittid and clutch ? thnks
remove the cables from the g/box selector,reverse lamp switch wiring and breather,six 10mm bolts hold the top g/box cover on and in there are two needle roller bearings which are bad for seizing and the top oil seal for the shaft,have these ready to go when you strip it out,assemble with plenty grease
