Mend Ford Transit Van Strange

My Ford Transit Van has developed a strange sound?

My van has developed a slow/ deep warbling sound when I accelerate up throught the gears....does anybody know what it might be? I've tried driving along in neutral and the noise still persists when upwards of 35mph...any ideas?
