Sounds like you are using the fast cycle and the dishwasher is connected to a hot water supply which could be too hot. Fast cycle only heats water to 40 deg C then when that temperature is reached it washes for only 2 more minutes then ends the wash cycle. If incoming water is 40 deg or higher then you will only wash for a short period. Check temperature of incoming hot water. You can select cold on the panel & it will only fill with cold water & then heat it to 40 deg which will take longer. Normal wash cycle heats to 55 deg before moving on.
