Mend Vauxhall Vectra 2.2 Plate Start Car

like metal rubbing.vauxhall vectra 2.2 53 plate?

when i start the car in the morning i can here something like metal rubbing near the timing chain side.but stops after 30 to 40 seconds.i have changed the oil and oil filter but the noise still there.
