I have a Whirlpool ADP 5966 which is not working, ?

I have a Whirlpool ADP 5966 which is not working. At first the F8 sign lit up, but now only the on switch flashes. Whenever I push the on button for a few seconds, the light corresponding to the first program lits, the machine starts, drains the water I put in (ca 8 L) but stops after 30 seconds. I did this "cleaning cycle"over and over again.
Just before this happened I put manual dish washer insted of proper machine washer by mistake; I thought all the foam was disturbing the sensors so I tried to wash the machine as thoroughly as I could. But after 10 x 8L washing still no improvement. Could somebody help me , please?
