My boiler is a comi Ideal lsar HE24 that isn't working we have changed then?

We have changed the control programmer and still no power changed the fuse and still no power, could it be the switch that's the only thing not changed. we have power going to the boiler and the timer is lit up but still no power to make the thing light up. Any idea's anyone...please
