Mend Creda Europa Solar Plus Double Oven Main

creda europa solar plus double oven?

Main oven drops in temp during cooking resulting in cakes dipping in middle. had thermostat checked & door seal all said to be fine.temp drops for approx 1 min.several times durig 30 min cooking!!this results in fallen middlesof cakes. has only done this recently.

Anyone know the model number for this oven, I need two new main oven door hinges but the supplier wants the model number to be able to send right parts. They make the oven and can't or won't tell me the model No!! How mad is that............

Creda Solar Plus double oven Model No 48164
Bottom oven working ok
Top oven not heating up. Have already replaced top oven thermostat and selector switch but problem still exists. There is power to both the ovens (both top and bottom) and both oven lights come on and fan works OK.
Think the problem is the top oven element but need help on iys location and how to replace it.
