Tmer is knackered. It MIGHT be possible to repair. If you understand what an X-Capacitor is and can discern the value o fthe one fitted, that might be worth replading. Otherwise, just get a new timer.

Do reember to make a note of what wires go wwhere before you take the pld one out and that you know how to set the clock, etc.
