That looks like a pretty old cooker. Spares may be sparse. See:

It MAY be that a component in the clock has failed, very possibly the X-Capacitor but you'd need to a) be able to dismantle the cooker to get the clock out b) dismantle the clock to look, c) have a rough idea how to diagnose and d) know what you are doing to order a suitable (safety critical) part and fix it.
If you have a tame electronics engineer to hand you may be lucky (and I said electronics, not electrician :-) )
