I have no power through the machine. Console is new. Wire harness is good?

What should I check now? I bought the treadmill used when I picked it up it all worked. I ran on it. Somewhere in the transport process it quit working. I have checked all conections several times. Bought a 500 dollar console, checked the wiring harness, the fuse, pluged and unpluged the machine, pushed the reset, raised and lowered the deck. I dont know what else to do?
