F&P Smartdrive9 Excellence7.5 leaving dirt?

My Fisher & Paykey Smartdrive9 Excellence7.5 washing machine that I bought second hand is now leaving dirt on my clothes. I gave it a good wash out as far as I could without disassembling it, and I noticed that a dirty drip fell from a ?join on the ?inlet hose? where the water comes in at the back... I assume this is full of gunk... but how do I wash it?

The dirt will be inside the drum. You will need to remove agitator, raise top deck up and get someone to hold it. Pull inner stainless steel drum up and out of the outer plastic drum. Clean inside plastic drum & outside of stainless steel drum. You will be amazed how much dirt will be there. Use a good cleaner & scrubbing brush then hose inner steel drum.
