Mend Dualit Mini Oven Timer Broken Turn

Dualit Mini Oven - timer replacement?

Can someone give me instructions on how to replace the timer in my Dualit Mini Oven? (The timer appears to be broken because to get the oven to turn off I have to unplug it.) I'm afraid I need detailed instructions---I can't even seem to figure out how I should take it apart to get to the timer.)

I have the same problem as well. I have to wriggle the timer for it to work. Where do you buy this timer?
