Mend Numatic Henry Working Light Smell

how can i fix poor old Henry?

It just stopped working after changing to another socket! the led light is still on but "nothing" from poor old Henry.
There was no burning smell from the motor & he's only 2 years old.
Can you help ???

try Henry back on the first socket if he works now the second socket you moved him to is faulty, Test a kettle on the second socket if it boils Henry;s flex needs checking
