Mend UN-COM 54665 Model Work Unit

how can I fix may UN-COM model 54665 door bell?

It works for 1 or 2 days then nothing. To get it to work again I have to pull unit out of socket then put it back in after 10 seconds. then unit will work again. I have bought 2 of them, both have the same fault.

i suggest you take them back as faulty get refund or replacement that works or there is something you are not doing correctly.
