Mend Hotpoint 8562 Water Build Up Fridge

water build up in fridge?

I am getting water build up in our Hotpoint 8562 fridge/freezer combo. I read, on another question about this problem, to push wire down a hole at the back. I have done this, and the water disappeared, BUT, where does the water go???
The length of wire I pushed in, would of about reached the floor!

The water usually drains into a plastic tray somewhere down near the floor! There's a bit of pipe that goes through it, warms up the water and it evaporates away! Magic!
