Mend Samsung RS21DCNS Ice Water Buildup

fridge getting warm and water stops?

samsung rs21dcns, i keep having to take the inside of the fridge apart to clear away a build up of ice. the hole at the bottom is clear. this happens every 4 to 6 days, how can i solve this problem for good.
