side by side refrigearator,DA99-0049V REV (0.2)?

i have one off those samsung mirrow fridge freezer,the one with the ice maker and water,sometimes the ice or the water does not work and a loud noise comes from the fridge freezer,i have to switch it off for two days because the ice has build up in the freezer in the ice compartment.After the two days when the ice has defrosted i will then turn the fridge back on and it will work fine untill the next 3month then i will have to do the same thing over again,The model is DA99-00494v REV(0.2)
