how can i fix my diplomat adp8322 intergrated dishwaser?

I have a diplomat ADP8322 intergrated dishwasher it rinses ok but will only wash in cold water it is not getting hot.It will go through its cycle but at the end it starts bleeping constantly and the start button one on right hand side flashes 3x then short pause recurring until i switch it off.I have changed heating element but still the same,any one help thank-you.
