Mend Oven Display Clock

oven wont turn on?

We had a power cut recently and since my oven has not worked. The display is flashing 0.00 auto. There are 5 dials under the display which do not respond when pressed. I think the oven wont come on because the clock etc is not set but I cant do this and have no handbook.

press 2 buttons in together whilst using the '+' or '-' buttons or rotary dial (if fitted).this tends to be the way to set clocks on most ovens.as you say oven will not work until the time has been set by you.
