How can I get the front off my truma ultraheat?

How can I get the front off my truma ultraheat, I have tried the method in the manual but when i pull at the top the whole thing comes off the wall

you have to push the panel at the back of the cover in on both sides , there are springs under it. if you have a look on the truma web side on the s3002 the is a video how to take the cover off.

Hi, Remove the two screws from bottom of cover. Remove control dial and gently pull cover away. Try the link, www.eriba-amiga.co.uk/project_ultraheat.html
