How can i fix hotpoint BWd129 Washer dryer?

Hotpoint Bwd129 Washer Dryer,
Every time i put on a cycle it stops about 5 minutes in and lights start flashing.
Machine still makes noise as if it is trying to turn
Also water does not seem to be draining out
