Mend Stannah 300 Moved House Move

Stannah stairlift 300?

Just moved in to a house and the chair fails to move, all switches are on but the Main Power Indictor light is not on. I think that the chair has not been used for some time. Can any one tell me how to fix it so I can get it working and try to sell it.

What size of battery for 300 and how do you change it??

you will need to replace the batteries under the seat. They are probably dead and will not take a charge.
