Mend Vokera 24i Boiler Fault

how can i fix my boiler?

i have had a vokera 24i recently installed
it seem to have an intermittant fault in that the watersounds like it is boiling in the exchanger
the installation team wont touch it due to current warrantu
manufacturer passes this onto service agent who cant find fault
does any one understand this problem
