how do i realign front door on peugeot 206?

the passenger door on my 3 door peugeot 206 needs realigning but how do i do this. at the moment the front edge of door scrapes against the front wing when being opened/closed. what i need to know is do you adjust it on door side of hinge or where hinge fits to car. and how do you get to nuts to do this or do you need to remove the wing first. anybody who has done this will understand the problem and know the answer,
