how do I fix the oven on my flavel cascade 50?

I purchased two of these ovens at exactly the same time (about 3 years ago)and would you believe that within a week both sufferred the exact same problems as yours. I got some emery paper and cleaned the tube part at the back of the oven where the gas comes out, not the one where the flash comes from. This worked for a while, but I need some one now to actually strip that part down and either clean it properly or replace it (for both of them). Hope this helps.
