Reset when cold?

Ive got a problem with a baxi 80 eco, I Have to reset the boiler with the front reset switch every time the boiler starts up from cold. It will run all day with no problems but when its shut down for the night, in the morning its got to be reset again before it will run for the day. I would be grateful for any ideas
