Mend Worcester 12/14 Heatslave Boiler

what is the problem?

i have a worcester 12/14 heatslave oil boiler, every 30 minutes the lockout comes on, i wait 10 minutes and reset then another 30 minutes and the same happens again. the oil pump and photo cell have been changed
