no water coming from shower head?

We have had this problem several times with our 4 year old Aqualisa Quartz digital. It seems to happen after someone has taken a long shower that has drained the cylinder. The cylinder is a really long way from the shower. I have solved it by running the sink taps in the shower room (lots of burbling and gurgling) and alternating this by turning on the shower and getting the pump to whir away for short periods. It seems to help if we run the taps in the shower room straight after using the shower when any air lock seems easier to move.

Hi Dennis, I to have the same problem. However, I can hear a whirling noise from the processor when I turn the power onto it. However, the noise stops after 10 seconds and then no water. I have heard that the ball bearings in the processor may need replacing as the one's installed in the unit are iron and prone to rust and corrosion. However. I do not know what size the ball bearings are so can not advise on what stainless steel on'es to get as a replacement. Aqualisa will not answer that either; they simply suggest getting a new processor!!!
