Mend NEFF D9970 Cooker Hood Stopped Lights

My NEFF D9970 cooker hood has stopped extracting!?

We can switch on the hood, the lights work, but when you choose one of the three settings for extraction, nothing happens. Any ideas of probable cause? (fan, motor, internal fuses etc) How do I get to the offending item???
