Hygena App2200 Cooker Hood?

My appliance has stopped working - no lights or fan. The fuse box didn't trip. Any suggestions? I cant locate any fuses within the hood. All responses gratefully received.

In most cooker hood installations there should be a fused spur running to it - often with a 3A fuse fitted. It may be on the wall or at least relatively close by - sometimes the installers hide it in a cupboard.
