Mend Bosch DCN097250 Cooker Working Lights

Why isn't my Bosch cooker hood working?

I have a 3 1/2 year old Bosch cooker hood. Both the lights and the extractor fan have stopped working at the same time. I have changed the bulbs and fuse and it is still the same. I have also cleaned the filter but this has not worked either. Any ideas?
