Mend Aquarius WD420 Washing Machine Start Problem Fill

aquarius wd420?

problem with machine flashing on/off light and high temp and reduce crease leds have tried to reset by pressing button for 3 secs but no good what is problem do you think, machine will not fill/start but water goes through machine on empty cycle when i checked if pumping ok?
