temperature on bosch freezer compartment keeps rising?

when i open the freezer door it seems to be cold and ice forming at the back, so it is going into its minus any solution to fix this problem.

Minus 32 is very, very cold...

In centigrade terms it's minus 26 Fahrenheit ( 58 degrees of frost on the F scale)

In Fahrenheit terms it's minus 36 centigrade

Your Freezer temperature appears to be falling rather than rising.
