1998 mercedes sprinter belt damper?

how do i remove belt damper on 308 sprinter looks like 13mm and 11mm bolts does it come straight off thank you

the botton 11mm bolt does not clear the water pump pulley. you will need to fiddle about, and loosen the pulley bolts.
alternatively, the pivot it mounts to will come off, 17mm alan key, but it is lockitited, and there is an "easy lost" spacer behind it
