what is the minimum water pressure required for smart drive 051?

my customer is on a rural property, she has a water tank and a pump to supply water to the property. She has recently purchased and had installed a second hand smart drive 051 and finds it takes hours to fill and do a wash? what is the minimum or recommended water pressure required for this washing machine?

Minimum pressure is 3 psi If it is second hand and is taking ages to fill then it may have a faulty inlet valve. Quite a common problem. Valve does not fully open and you will hear a high pitched hissing sound as water struggles to enter machine. Fit a new inlet valve
