Simpson Timer 574-200-158 Repair?

I am looking for information about assembling the timer on my Simpson washing machine
The gears have marks on them, wich i assume line up on corrosponding gear.
Where is the steping wheel with 5 fingers meant to be when installed (fully wound or unwound on spring)
and where do you line up the main wheel?
