Infuser on our Delonghi Magnifica ESAM4200 has droped ?

The infuser on our Delonghi Magnifica ESAM4200 droped to the bottom of the machine while making a coffee, and is now jammed, I have tried to release it in all directions, but it will not budge

It is a design fault that DweLonghi really needs to address. It happens if you close the door while the tray is out.
