Mend Samsung WF340P Off Starts Stops

How can I fix-WF340P - flashing On/Off, starts, but stops?

When you select the programme and press start the water starts going in, then it stops and drains, the on/off button flashes and the mini load light comes on. you can open the door as if the cycle has finished
