Fisher & Pykel washing machine MW511?

My washer starts to fill with water & turns the water valve on & off until ti stops & starts beeping the long wash light is on orange & the short wash light is on green what is the problem? & how much to fix in NZ dollars approx

Can you confirm that when it beeps and you count from left to right the 1st light and the 5th light are on? It is important to know exactly which lights are on to read the error code.
