how can i reset my zanussi electralux essential?

what 2 buttons do i press 2 reset my machine, i know it can be done because it has happened once before, the conditioning cycle dosent start, the conditioner is just left over in the draw, sum1 please help, i hate my clothes not smelling nice!!!!!!!!!! THANKS
