Mend Ceiling Three Black Wires

i have three black wires, one as red tape around three red and one earth

Connect the Red wires together and to nothing else.

Connect the Black wire with the red tape (do not let the tape fall off) to the Brown wire of the lamp.

Connect the Blue wire of the lamp to the other two blacks.

The single Black is switched live - power from the switch... to turn the light on and off...

The other two black wires are neutral conductors.
