How do I fix my Easy Lam II?

I need to repalce the front, top roller on an easy Lam II anybody know the best way?

You thermostat s going bad it has the knob on the end. Do note which way to turn to increase temperature:) Most laminators are backwards from your typical home thermostat, this cause wierd issues, people thinking they are turning temp up when really they are setting it cooler:( If you remove the knob in the middle of the shaft theres a small hole with a screw in the bottom, it calibrates the thermostat, turn it to increase temp. Hi fix these machines for a living. The thermostat is likely going bad. theres a calibration screw in the middle of the shaft the temp knob is on. if your anywhere around pittsburgh i give free on site estimates. or you can call banner america
