Mend Fellowes 4250 Machine Works Light

How can I fix my 4250 laminator?

Everything on the machine is practically new & works beautifully...then today it won't heat! Light flashes WAIT but never gets hot! What's the prob?!?! I live in TX! Please help...I operate a small preschool!!!
